Description

This was originally submitted as order 13987965. Yesterday it was marked as closed with instructions to empty cart and resubmit. As was explained in the first request, this cart doesn't belong to Riverside Cemetery. We do not use household garbage carts. We have trash cans in the cemetery that we maintain and pay for a dumpster onsite. This cart needs to be removed from the cemetery emptied or full. It most probably belongs across the street at Betty Tolbert Park.
