I agree, i think this guys yard even caught fire last spring. also on the opposite end of brookside and seventh ave, the corner house leaves their dog out barking all hours of the night

yea it burnt and they never fixed that. buy they spent the money to build a shed thats falling into the creek. lol
milmont park is such a nice place but between a few trashy neighbors and the gangs of kids that are always beating each other up, its sad. when i was a kid here we had to run from Ridley cops (or face getting beat up for no reason) but it kept us in shape and out of trouble. Kids need a place to "hang out" - Ridley should do something about that. Use the new community center or something.

The eyesore of Milmont is the Milmont Inn. Nothing but drunks and druggies there, Close the place down.

Yeah this is the house before the entrance of the beautiful community center. It looks like they built 2 bunkers out back with enough junk to do a whole season of American Pickers. I drive past there everyday and if I were their neighbors, I would call the township on this guy. The worst house on Milmont..kinda like the Addams Family.

Still needs a good deal of work, but it looks as though there has been an effort. Let's hope they keep moving in the right direction so our neighborhood looks beautiful once again!

We just moved in recently because it's such a nice peaceful area, but I have to look out my window and see high weeds, dead trees, junk spread out all over and a truck cap that's been sitting on the front lawn for the past month laying in a bed of unkept grass. There's a tree that's growing across the street, it's only a matter of time when you won't be able to make a left hand turn. Someone has to do something about this. She should put her kids to work and clean it up!

THIS PLACE IS STILL THE EYESORE OF MILMONT PARK. VERY SMALL ATTEMPTS TO MAKE IT BETTER....SPEND YOUR MONEY FIXING UP YOUR HOUSE INSTEAD OF WASTING IT ON LANDSCAPING/PLANTS THAT YOU DONT TAKE CARE OF. THIS PLACE IS A RODENT HAZARD WITH ALL THE JUNK LAYING AROUND AND GRASS/WEEDS UNATTENDED. FIX IT OR GET OUT!
