Description

There is a lot on the east side of 210th Ave that has been under construction for several years. It doesn't look like construction is actively taking place. This vacant lot poses a danger to children in the neighborhood (I have seen kids climbing in the partially poured foundation); causes water runoff issues; and is an eyesore for our neighborhood. I would like to know if there are options for compelling the owner/builder to finish the construction or restore the lot to its prior condition.
