2/26/2013 Richmond Tree Mgmt noted this location is pending action in the near future - as of 12/19/2012 the investigation revealed a broken hanger in maple next to alley - rtt

3/7/2013 - Actually this is a duplicate of SCF# 298095 (20020875284) and Tree Mgmt noted they will be working from the first ticket - this case file has been closed on SCF#140614(20020866796) - please refer to #298095 for updates about this location - Tree will only be updating the other ticket - thanks! - rtt
