Description

Location: Rudgear Rd & S. Broadway. Abandoned homeless area underneath bridge over canal. Access this location from the Iron Horse trail.
As per attached photos there is a LOT OF GARBAGE underneath the bridge, immediately adjacent to the storm canal, posing a health risk. There is also a lot of graffiti on the bridge, and on the metal box next to Iron Horse trail (as per one of photos).
