Description

This sidewalk is technically on Upham street. As you can see the sidewalk is extremely dangerous. There are two areas where the sidewalk is raised up from tree roots, one tree has been cut down but the sidewalk issue is still there. The other tree should be cut down to prevent damage after repairing.
