Description
People continually park in the handicapped spaces at the Mapco. When I go there, there are people parked in those spaces except that the regular spaces are empty right next to them. A lot of times one person will go inside while the other will stay in the car. I have seen a number of times handicapped people park behind these people. It's just not right. This has gone on for years at least 11, as long as I have lived here. Thank you for your help.
