说明

Drivers coming and going from the road think it's fun to go 30+ mph and in the wrong lane around the corner. I've tried before to get a speed bump but the city said their little testing device said there wasn't enough traffic. nevermind the fact it got tore out of the road and thrown to the sidewalk. so if anyone knows how to get this done I would be appreciative. there are kids and pets on the street that are caught off guard daily.
