The location listed, is the block located on Oxford Ave between Montour and Knorr Streets, Philadelphia PA 19111. The sections requested is the driveway or corridor behind the store fronts and Apartments. It is loaded with dried leaves, trash, and garbage. Including broken glass and other sharp or dangerous items. I am writing/pleading that something could be done to help this hazardous issue. Apt Landlords and business owners on the 6700 Oxford Block do not seem to feel this is their issue as its behind their businesses
