CITIZEN AT THE LISTED ADDRESS STATES SOMEONE HAS BEEN DUMPING IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THIS HOUSE. TREES WERE CUT DOWN BY DTE AND THE WATER COMPANY CAME MOVED THE DEBRIS AND PILED DIRT BLOCKING THE ALLEY.
