Descrizione
Dolphin between Tireman and Sawyer is flooded on both ends! The drains need to be serviced. I tried to clean them off but I'm too weak. I asked the neighbors closer by to keep them free of debris but nobody thinks it's their responsibility until their basement start flooding. Please help us! Our block is a skating ring!
