The lights are only as intelligent as the incompetent illiterate bozo's who program them

Serious injury or a fatality will eventually be the result of these dangerous, sensor intersections. There is much confusion for left turners unfamiliar with the inconsistent timing. Does the oncoming traffic have a red light? Green light? Can't tell. Very dangerous.

According to shelby police reports, accidents have increased almost 30% in three months at the intersections where these "intelligent" lights have been installed. Just a few weeks there was a fatal accident at 23 mile & schoenherr...one car was heading north while another car was making a left onto 23 mile when they collided. You can't tell me these stupid lights didn't have something to do with it.

This complaint was posted a month ago and nothing has changed. Maybe it's time for class action litigation. I hope the next serious injury accident or fatality results in a suit against the road commission (or whomever is responsible for the traffic light fiasco). The insurance industry,who should be complaining, doesn't seem to care. They just raise the rates.
