Description
Please look into changing the time the green arrow remains green for the southbound traffic on El Sobrante to turn east onto Magnolia Ave. The green arrow remains green for 5 seconds then cycles to yellow then red. This causes 2 or 3 vehicles to take then red light because of the wait times and traffic flow. Also, to prevent gridlock, synchronize this left arrow light with the lights at the on and off-ramp. It's absurd people wait 2-3 light cycles when there is only 6-8 vehicles waiting. Any consideration and explanation is appreciated Thanks .
