This street has been massively flooding for years It's will be the next sinkhole if someone doesn't do something It makes street parking unusable and none of us have driveway parking It even goes as far as flooding the sidewalk so there is no dry way to walk down the street This also makes this street non compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act
