Drivers often do not stop at this intersection. Harris St. is a state road and city will not put up light on a state road. Numerous accidents, some very serious. Have personally witnessed semi's not even slowing down to stop-- completely roll through the 4-way stop. Nobody seems to want to address this issue.

Update 9/25/12:

Nothing has been done. Accidents continue to happen, trucks continue to roll through the intersection without even slowing, and pedestrian near misses are frequent. Someone apparently has to be killed before the city takes action.
