At the intersection of rutherford and Church st in the afternoons/evenings, everyone runs the red light when turning left off of rutherford onto Church ST, their cars block the intersection. When leaving the Sudsy's car wash I have set thru multiple red light changes just trying to drive straight onto Rutherford, or when turning left off of Church St into the entrance of Sudsy's car wash. Every single evening around 5:30 pm this intersection gets blocked time after time. I've seen school buses and fire department vehicles blocking the intersection just to make it thru the light. I believe that intersection needs the redlight cameras installed to deter red light runners.
