This house has not been lived in for many years and poses a serious fire threat. In the picture of the roof next to skylight there is a big hole where the roof has collapsed. A ton of dead dried leaves that can catch fire. Over grown trees in power lines, completely overgrown grass and weeds, trash strewn in yard and an active coyote den on the property. Health and safety issues for surrounding neighbors.
