City cut Square in road put traffic cone in it for over three years
There was a abandoned 1inch pipe with sharp edge sticking out of road city employees came up checked it out cut pipe below grade said they would return to patch hole put a cone over it never return going on three year people have been driving around it Snow plows wide around it needs to be patched please
