the light for traffic heading westbound on 25mile goes green for 10 seconds then turns red. It has been this way for weeks,fix it

I live right there and the horns were honking and breaks squeeling last Friday when the above problem was that heading westbound stayed red very very long and then went green for I would say only 2 or 3 seconds. People were yelling! I could hear them from my windows. I'm surprised no one slammed into the back of someone. I called police twice and even the Utica bus transportation to worn them.

this has been going on for weeks....westbound 25 mile will have 20-30 cars backed up sitting on red while jewell, with maybe 1 or 2 cars will get the green for a minute or so, then 25 will turn green maybe long enough to get 3 or 4 cars thru before it turns red again....gotta love these new "intelligent" lights....

yet again sat on westbound 25 mile the other day with traffic backed up 20 cars while the light stayed red for a long time....i'm wondering if the slight incline on 25 coming up to that intersection has something to do with it? Like maybe the cameras aren't "seeing" the cars?
