Description
Been here for over a year. Brings up lots of issues though. Is the city going to take pge to task about maintaining and keeping clean their property? Other utilities and agencies do, and they do a good job. Also brings up prolific taggers like "ronsy " and his "cnn" crew. Are we going to ever try and catch these vandals? Him and a few other guys are responsible for countless hours of dpw's time and money.
