Not that i agree with Bob reporting all these cars but people have been harassed on this block. Did the reciprocity officer come out to check into that gold car?
I've talked to the girl with the black truck who was repoorted and that officer came out and did a deep dive into who owns that truck and it came back clean to an Illinois owner with no ties to Indiana. Is there a reason its not the same for the gold car or do people get certain treatment on this block?

I will check into that with the reciprocity officer and let you know. Meanwhile, I will reopen this complaint.

I was assigned this complaint today. I located the gold colored Taurus parked on the street. I place informational material on the windshield of the vehicle which explains the reciprocity law in Indiana. I then ran the background of the registered owner of the vehicle based on the information from the plate affixed to the vehicle. I am unable to meet the states burden of proof of Indiana residency on the registered owner of that vehicle. Therefore I am unable to write a complaint and summons to appear in Lake County Court for adjudication.
