Potential municipal code violation:
Truck belonging to resident of 800 8th Street North consistently uses the median as his personal parking space. Regardless of open spaces on street, he routinely just jumps the curb and parks here. (At present, he has parked here every day for 5 straight days) Wasn't sure what department to route this to, so started with 'Traffic'. Not sure where his sense of entitlement comes from, but I'm pretty sure the median is not designated as official parking in the City of STP.
