Description

Not sure why the city is not enforcing however, there is a 30 cubic yard dumpster that has been sitting empty for over 3 years in the driveway. Why has the city code for construction/refuse/other dumpsters NOT been enforced. Why should people pay high taxes to look at a construction dumpster in a residential area?
