Description

Many days of the week you will find cars parked on the lanes of Grandview Terrace in violation of fire codes. The worst offenders are along the south wall where they don't even think to all park on the same side, constricting even more the lanes. The fire department has apparently complained about access for their trucks because of this and apparently the park has been warned numerous times but has failed to ever take any action.
