Description
The alleyway between the 400 Central Ave block and the Post Office is full of litter. Since the area behind the Post Office has been fenced off in readiness for development, there seems to have been a steady build up of trash. Who is responsible for keeping this area clean?

I spoke with Codes Department yesterday, explaining that this is getting worse. I can see that the investigator has been out again to reinspect, and has issued another e-mail to owner. I'd just like to point out that absolutely no effort has been made to clean up any of this mess since the first email on May 1st. I hope this one prompts the owner to take action ASAP.

Sent Michael an e-mail that debris still remains in the near along the fencing/alley. It looks like they are getting inside the fencing and debris and piles of belongings are inside fencing as well.
You may want to consider a blanket trespass from police and put up no trespassing signs on the fencing.
I will be back there next week.
