Description

This property has junk covering the back yard. It laying on all three neighboring fences. There is metal, tires, furniture, crates, etc covering the entire backyard and halfway down the driveway. We have rats running down our fence line in their yard. My neighbor has pictures of the rats. They can’t mow the yard because it’s covered in junk. There is a trampoline in the driveway on concrete. There are 11 non working people living in a 1bathroom house. Home all day and night and cannot clean up the yard. I never dreamed I’d see a rat in my meticulous yard.
