Description

There is a manhole cover which is depressed into the street. This resembles a pothole, therefore I am reporting this as a pothole.
A proposed fix would be a ring spacer (3" approx.) which fits the existing hole, and which would accept the cover on top.
The result would raise the cover to street level.
