Wouldn’t it be nice to know what plan the city has for Medford repair. Maybe our council person can find out the plan for Medford and share with all the neighbors.
Thank you for contacting us. The location on Medford Rd has been serviced by staff. Public Works staff will visit the location and fill potholes when reported. However, the overall condition of the pavement is such that it will be included on our list to evaluate for potential future street resurfacing. We are not able to give you a time frame for when this project might be done. We will be closing this ticket but please understand we have your concerns captured.
Thank you for submitting your original pothole repair request for Medford Rd.
I apologize staff have not provided a response until now regarding the status of when Medford Rd would be resurfaced. We understand the frustration about this street not being in good condition and Public Works staff have done their best to fill the deeper potholes with patching material. The various cracks and crumbling surfaces can’t be patched and will have to wait until Medford Rd is resurfaced.
This street is currently recorded in the City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for utility improvements and resurfacing. This section of Medford is anticipated for fiscal year 2028 - 2029
