  If this is the location in the canyon off NE Sunset blvd, the city is aware of the situation and is working on a solution. This property is owned by the power companies and the abutting condominium complex. The city has a very small location to the west. If this is not the location, please give a detailed description of location in question.

  I’m not sure about Sunset, that seems too far away. On the picture I drew the transmission lines that they’re currently working on in purple. We parked near the Bonneville substation and walked down the yellow trail until it got too muddy and then we cut over to a trail in the woods (circled red). The trash and needles are at the top side of the creek before it drops into the gully. Yeah I wasn’t sure if it was city or Bonneville land.
