Curb has sunken and needs repaired. Curb was just replaced at 307 SW Courtland Ave but the curb next-door at 311 SW Courtland was not.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. The curb and gutter adjacent to your property has recently been evaluated and is now slated for replacement. The curb and gutter replacement program currently suffers an extensive backlog and repairs are generally completed in the order in which they are received.
