SEC26-150 HE HAS TWO VECHICLES THAT HE RUNS FOR OVER ONE AND A HALF HOURS EACH. each of them have a dissipative device on the muffler that makes them extremely load. He blows out his engine 3 times a week for each of these vehicles. now he has moved them into his yard into a previous illegal drive way that the city said was partly on my property and made him not use it.So now he is and the odor comes into my house- I have asthma and this is a health concern.
