Set the example. Mow your lawn and pick up trash.

So if your so concerned about the property why do you let people go and vandalize it and steal stuff out of the yard??? Your such a concerned citizen mr fisher? The owner of the home has let the property go because of the sheriff dept and the thugs that live in the neighborhood! So please step forward because some people are in bad health and can’t keep it cleaned and live a pretty good distance from the property and work 70 plus hours a week!

Agreed with Brown ⬆️ where are u D Fisher when people are breaking into the house and trashing the place and premises? Where are u when things are stolen from the house including a boat? Maybe if you’d reach out you’d know more about what’s going on with this house instead of being an inconsiderate neighbor only concerned with himself.

Where were u D Fisher when the home owner was forced to move away from their home because of a gang member teen neighbor threatening their lives? Where were u when the teens were throwing trash, eggs, potatoes etc into the yard while the police did nothing to help?

Ohh BTW this home is current on property taxes sir fisher!!

Come on guy's like I'm just supposed to step up as a good neighbor and do my part to come and clean up your mess. For starters it is private properly and im not about to get arrested for being on your property. I would however be willing to donate my time and any resoures to assist you both in loading that stuff into a dumpster ( that you rent ) and then cutting your front yard. As far as keeping people from helping themselves...me and neighbors have both called the police when we believed people on the premises were not supposed to be there...By the time they arrive it is too late. I know it is hard but at the very least lets drag the stuff around back , close up the gate and board the place up to avoid further damage

You really think you going to get arrested? Haha hell we can’t even get the ones that are causing damage get arrested. ONE THING!! Why single out one house? Why don’t you go over the neighborhood? Trust me I seen houses far worse then this one!! Dwayne the only reason why you reported is because you got something against one of us. I live in a very nice neighborhood now and if I call the police THEY COME RIGHT AWAY! But guess what I don’t have to call them! This house and the whole neighborhood is a dump!! Hell I can’t even get what I owe on the house because of the neighborhood. Yea ì probably could if I spent 20,000 to get the house fixed up but I don’t have that money or time!! I live 4 hours away! I’m not going to spend my only off day to come down there and clean a house just for you to be happy!! Don’t worry though the house is in the mortgage company’s hands! You and code enforcement can take it up with them! It @#$% me off that the one house is singled out and it’s me being singled out!! If you want to help get with Christi and not post inaccurate information on a app!! Also get the other houses in the neighborhood don’t be scared!

D Fisher u act like we have been planning on leaving the house like that. Nothing has stopped u from contacting me to find out what’s going on.

Have u not drove around the whole neighborhood lately? Go down Tyler. There’s houses that look a lot worse that have people living in them daily.

Im not trying to attack you or single out your home and your right , I could drive the neighborhood and find lots of home's that are in bad shape. Its just that this one is between two neighbors home's that i frequently visit.The neighbors across the street from you have gone and they are rapidly repairing it and have cleaned up the mess. My only beef is sure the house is in need of repair but something as simple as a half days time picking up all the stuff stren about would do wonders. Part of the reason your place has been frequented by thieves is that it looks as if the people left in a hurry, grabbed what they wanted and left. People see an abandoned house and they will steal everything not nailed down. Again, I would be willing to help you clean the yard ,cut the grass and get the city off your butt.

I think we should do something about Mr,fishers mailbox it keeps getting hit by vehicles and last time I was a Good Samaritan and helped him find it but he hasn’t done anything to fix the problem it’s just a matter of time before it happens again.

Also that golf cart mr,bankston and mr,fisher always ride around the neighborhood isn’t street legal it’s not a registered vehicle therefor it can’t be driving on public streets.

Mr.Blake ..your helping me find the man who ran over my mailbox was very appreciated. The fact you seem to forsee it happening again sounds like a threat ...lets hope not. And me and mr Bankston riding in golfcarts that aren't street legal has no place in this conversation. I am offering my help to get the mess at brians house cleaned up. Your putting your two cents into this conversation does not help matters at all.

Nothing about what I just said was a threat I just wanted the show you how it felt to be singled out then the rest of the other “worst thing” In that neighborhood I go through this app and see you make no other reports on any houses but the moment we leave you make a report I understand your trying to help but you could’ve contacted someone before you made a full blown report on here and get code enforcement involved.

Like I respect the whole “clean up the community” thing but this could’ve been approached much differently you have both of there numbers.

This site should not allow all this back forth bickering.
If they are violations ,Retaliation should not continue on this forum.
