Again, this developer has failed to protect surrounding properties when they are doing work on 100 Tuers Ave. There are issues caused from power spraying and other work without proper protection or barriers to the surrounding sites. The city needs to step in to ensure other sites are protected before more work and potential damage is done.

There was protective barriers between the properties. It has not been maintained and it has been removed.
The house, land, and car has debris, dirt, rock, and cement splatters on all of the above. The property needs to be cleaned, washed, and detailed. It’s pretty simple.
