Please study traffic from 7-10am weekdays for gridlock and pedestrian safety concerns. Cars excessively honk (>30 seconds at times) because of left turn bottlenecks in all directions. Horns are a disturbance to the peace and gridlock causes driver frustration which can lead to aggressive driving which can negatively impact pedestrians and motorists

We have asked for this before but please consider the following sequence which does work pretty well in England.
NO TURN ON RED signs at all junction points and then change the sequence of the lights to:
1) All East/West traffic gets to go. No turn on red and no pedestrians
2) All North/South traffic gets to go. No turn on red and no pedestrians
3) All pedestrians get to go (even diagonally). No turn on red and no cars at all.
