Description
this is a pile of garbage where people have thrown stuff out of vehicles, or just walking have thrown stuff down along the corner of Rice Mill Rd and Williamson Rd. And it will soon be clogging up the drainage system. And the ditches along Rice Mill Rd which run northward need to be cleared as well so rain water will not just stand for days at a time.
