Cardinal Rd: This entire street needs major repair. I understand it's a backroad however, it gets a lot of use from Boulder ridge residents and it's incredibly unsafe. The curve near the corner of Bloomington and Cardinal has so many potholes and the road is just torn up in general and needs major attention.
