Make a second lane exiting to US422. This will help eliminate traffic backups by allowing vehicles (especially trucks) from merging across 2 lanes of traffic to go from the Turnpike to US422. Also, the exit ramp onto US422 should form it's own lane when it converges with US422 westbound so that these vehicles do not need to merge into traffic coming from US202 Northbound. Solving these two problems will help eliminate the traffic issues from westbound I-76 that were caused by a poorly designed interchange.

If this is unable to be done, please post signs to "Stay in lanes until merge point" so that the capacity of the road can be increased and traffic does not back up as far. By merging early, the traffic is reducing the capacity of the road by 1/2.
