Description

over 3 instances of an offleash dog that lives on this block (belongs to a houseless individual living out of a camper) running up/attacking other dogs in the neighborhood. the city has been notified multiple times but no action has been taken yet. DO NOT WALK YOUR DOG OR SMALL CHILDREN IN THIS AREA
