S. yesterday I intercepted a meter person ready to issue a ticket. She stated that my car was parked on the berm, and that the city was cracking down on this kind of parking. I have provided photos of my grove street parking years ago the city poured asphalt and did not pour it evenly. Please advise me on whether I can park on the dirt part of the street or do I need to park on the asphalt. It seems kind of ridiculous to me.
