Thank you for your SeeFixClick on January 30, 2015. Chief Holloway has asked me to respond directly to you regarding your issue with the abandoned vehicle with expired tags at 5430 40 Avenue North. The information you provided was forwarded to Community Service Sergeant Richard Hladik to investigate.
Sergeant Hladik reported that he assigned Officer Mike Christian to investigate the vehicle being abandoned. Officer Christian advised he spoke to the owner who said he would move the vehicle. He also placed a 72 hour abandoned vehicle sticker on the vehicle which would allow him to tow the vehicle if it was not moved. Upon following up Officer Christian advised the vehicle had been moved from the area.
