the property at 2730 5th st s. has illegal activity going on all the time . people in the street screeming ,children running in the street.cars pulling off at a fast rate of speed ,getting in fights, trash and garbage in the street. This has been going on for some time. The property owner will do nothing to get decent people in the property.The police just got the previous people out and now the same thing is going on again.Please help! we need something done soon.
