Description
City workers did not pave a portion of the alley to grade after a sewer pipe was replaced. The portion around the manhole cover is quite a bit lower than the cover as well as the surrounding area leaving an uneven surface. It is now a trip hazard for pedestrians / bikers and may cause damage to vehicles.
