Description

Everyone like your type of ditch along the street has to keep the ditch continuously dugged out &kept also free from debris, soil buildup rocks, pebbles to keep the water flowing .I have the same issue , & we dugged a deeper trench to be even across the yard to be even with the bottom of the culvert due to solid buildup, but the neighbors didn't do it does no good .
Everyone has to dig deeper trenches . City will not do it for us
