Description

Not an encampment yet but someone has moved onto the vacant lot. I've tried contacting the owners but no response. I know they are under contract to sell the property and I believe they have moved away. The person on the property is starting fires for cooking and keeping warm, but my main concern is that more will start moving onto the property if nothing is done soon.
