Description
There is a tree on the city extension in front of 1302 Olivia Ave that appears to be extremely precarious in any sort of inclement weather. It rained down large branches during the ice storms in winter 2023, and again has dropped large branches on a power line that runs underneath the tree. I am growing increasingly concerned that this tree will fall on my house in a bad storm. After the tree dropped a large branch that totaled my neighbor's car, the city pruned it back somewhat, but the tree is so shaky during wind that it is only a matter of time before there is more serious damage and it should be cut down. In the thunderstorms yesterday it dropped another large branch onto a power line and caused damage to the underlying plants and came very close to causing damage to the roof next door. Please consider removing this tree altogether.
