Around 8 pm we got excess rain pour abruptly all water rushing in street storm drainage it went in combination Sanitary cause backed up in our basement.

See picture of alley with Red MARK is "SERIOUS BLOCKAGE" root size of human in 15" clay only 2" gap on bottom to flowing. Because I already did crawler camera last year. It require root saw machine not jet. Bulldog nozzle only flap root on bottom doesn't clear completely because it been sewer rodder 5 times recently! It need to use a actual root cutter with 15" concave saw blade!

See blue mark is 2 manholes restricting flowing due to excess roots. Other manholes on east are flowing good toward to Raymond Ave.

This issues been for over 8 years.
