GREAT job last night by the Hartford Police in handling the jam down by St. Francis. (You think police officers ever think to get out of the car to direct traffic and stop the box blocking (like they do in other cities?). And the usual asleep-at the switch management of St. Francis puts absolutely NO pressure on the city to clean the (bleeping) roads...f.or crying out loud, this is a HUGE safety issue...(and no one is lifting a finger!).

Honestly, if Hartford can't get it right, just shut down the city and send everyone home
