A. not sure, there is water coming from up the street two houses south. This is coming up near the surface flow from it. I did not realize this until today because it was kind of covered by other water.

A. location is near property line between 452 and 454 Shoreline Dr. And a lot of ground water by street as well. I have lived here 18 years and not seen water like this at this particular location.

PWC has come out and identified the issue as a water line leak
They will be repairing in the morning
