Description
This is my second request on this issue. You fixed another issue for us back in October (#1315674) by removing the new crosswalk marking that were put down in error. But even though you removed the new marking the old warn off are still there and You have now installed crosswalk signs where there is no crosswalk! Some one is going to get hurt stepping off the curb where you removed the ramp last summer.

A manager needs to evaluate this site and coordinate the activities to construct a marked crosswalk with the appropriate signage, ramps and markings or let it revert to an unmarked crosswalk without any signage, ramps and markings.
For over a year it has been a quasi-marked crosswalk, which, based on research, may be more dangerous than an unmarked crosswalk.
