Description

House is a rental property; there is always trash on the front porch, piled high most days! It is not kept in a can & is often tore up by neighborhood animals. Its an eyesore! There is also a broken front window that has not been fixed & instead has a piece of plywood in it. The whole front of the house is an eyesore.
